Your commission split goes down over time.I don’t want you to leave our team as you build your experience, confidence, brand, and past client/sphere clientele.You start as an understudy at 40/60 commission split in our favor and work your way up to 70/30 in your favor with profit sharing during your 7th year and beyond with us.Here’s the promotion path….Year 1 - 40/60 split - understudy

Homeowner requests an offerA homeowner would like to know what a buyer will pay for their home. You call them and set an appointment to see it so you can get them a firm and accurate offer.2. Take photos/video of the homeYou’ll arrive on the first appointment to do a light inspection, take photos, video and get an exclusive right to solicit offers agreement signed. This will take 1-2 hours as you also build rapport with the seller to assess their motivation. All our sales training is based on the book How to Win Friends and Influence People. We'll also pay for your Arizona Home Inspector Certification to get really good at this if you like. You can also FaceTime our general contractor if necessary. Bonus points if you show up with fresh cookies, too.3. Submit to buyers, complete CMA, get remodeling quoteYou’ll give all the research to your assistant who will complete a CMA for a traditional listing and put it up on our VIP Buyer membership site to encourage them to write an offer. CompensationYou'll get a base pay for the first year so we share the risk. I don't want you to implode financially working on 100% commission.- $2,500 a month recoverable draw against commission for your first year- $725 a month personal branding allowance (videos, email, social media, etc)What is a recoverable sales draw? It's an advance on future commissions that a company pays to a sales representative. The sales rep must pay back the draw from their future commission earnings. It's not a loan.
